The Seattle Saracens are seeking an outstanding Head Coach to oversee the coaching and ongoing strategic development of their women’s rugby program. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in coaching rugby and gaining results at a high-performance level. They will have a good understanding of the structure of rugby in the United States and a passion for developing the sport. Ability to work as part of a team, adjust coaching delivery for new rugby athletes and National Team players alike, and excellent interpersonal skills are crucial to success in this position.
