BC Rugby is announcing its first Open Talent Identification and Selection Camp which will be held at the UBC fields on Sunday, March 24th from 11.30 am to 3.30pm. The Camp will be for those athletes who aspire for selection to the Senior Women’s and U20 Women’s Provincial Teams that will compete at the NWL (National Womens League) Finals being held in Vancouver from June 26th to June 30th.

| BC reps gain valuable experience at Canada West U20 camp |

Several of BC's top rugby prospects were in Burnaby over the weekend for the U20 Women's Canada West Trial Camp. The three day sessions were part of a pathway that will culminate in a U20 women's national team being selected to attend the U20 Nations Cup in South Africa in August 2013. A similar camp was recently hosted in Ontario and the talent from both these camps and identification in the Atlantic provinces will make up the roster for this summer's tournament. |
