Project and Administration Coordinator - BC Rugby
The British Columbia Rugby Union, the Provincial Sport governing body for the sport of rugby football in British Columbia, is seeking an energetic and innovative individual for the position of Project & Administration Coordinator.
Reporting to the BCRU Chief Operating Officer and the Manager of Member Services, the successful applicant will operate within the guidelines of a provincial sport governing body that is committed to on-field success and the overall promotion of the game. As a member of the professional staff working out of the BCRU Office, the applicant will assist in coordinating all programs run by the office.
Utilizing organizational skills and the ability to work within a team, the Project and Administration Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the registration of nearly 8,000 participants in the Rugby Canada National Registration Program, as well as the various playing & coaching development programs organized by the BCRU throughout the year. Additionally, the successful applicant will assist other staff members with the day-to-day operations of a Provincial Sport Organization.
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role involving interaction with the membership, BCRU and Rugby Canada staff, volunteers and the general public.
This is a fulltime position.
