Each player must have a ticket to enter the Agrifair grounds (the tournament is at the Exhibition Park Fields). These can be picked up at Mouat Secondary from Chris Farley – 32355 Mouat Drive (on the corner of Maclure and Trethewey diagonally across from Exhibition Park). Each team gets 15. Spectators must buy them. You can get them from us for $10 adult or $8 youth (or at the gate for $12 and $10 respectively).
There is limited parking available. Where possible, please carpool or leave vehicles at Mouat.
There will be a variety of vendors open at the fields and at the fair. There is a beer garden at the field and others at the fair.
Please have the team manager sign in at the results tent (where the stereo is) upon arrival. Managers must submit a team roster and confirm that entry fees are settled before their first game.
Kukri and the Agrifair are sponsoring our tournament. A Kukri tent is available onsite to meet your rugby needs. They will be selling tournament t-shirts.
We will have a drop kick competition during the long break – only one participant from each team. Participants need a ball and a someone to receive. We also hope to have a spin pass competition for a toonie running most of the day with a variety of prizes.
There is some camping available on site for anyone who wants to make an evening of the festivities. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in this. It is $20 per tent.
