Pat was the youngest serving Head Coach in the history of the club and has decided to step down to start playing again.  We look forward to seeing Pat on the pitch this season.

We are currently looking for someone to lead the Men’s program in the next exciting phase of new development.  Bayside has one the strongest age grade programs in the province and a great core of young players currently in the program. The new club house project is also shortly breaking ground and the addition of the clubhouse at our field will provide the club with another strong asset to help grow the program in the coming years.

A successful Head Coach applicant should possess the following:
Level 1 Minimum Coaching Certificate (Level 3 preferred)
Demonstrate an ability to help grow a program
Ability to organize and manage a coaching staff
Strong technical ability
Ability to prepare a group to compete at a high level
This posting is for a new Head Coach, however we would also like to provide opportunities for individuals to be involved in other roles as well, be it as an assistant coach or manager.

There is monthly compensation available for the Head Coaching position.  Compensation will be based on experience and ability.
Please forward a brief resume and cover letter to david@svmresidential.ca. Also please express any interest in other positions same as other amateur rugby clubs we are always looking for committed volunteers.  Coaching at an amateur level provides an opportunity to make a direct positive impact to the sport and an opportunity to develop yourself.
The deadline for this posting is June 25th.
