LANGLEY Level One Officiating Course scheduled for April 27

LANGLEY - The BC Rugby Referees' Society will be running a Level One Introduction to Officiating Course at Langley Rugby's club house on Saturday, April 27th, 2013. Completion of this course will give participants a minimum certification to referee Rugby in British Columbia.

Prerequisites for those looking to take the course are completing an on-line:
    IRB Law Test (www.irblaws.com/EN/)
    and a Rugby Ready Test (www.irbrugbyready.com/).
Course participants are required to bring both completion certificates to the April 27th session, or email (as .pdf files) copies to course facilitator Dave Pue (dpue1@shaw.ca)

The registration fee includes course manuals, Law Books, and a Rugby Canada registration fee.
Course participants are asked to dress appropriately for active outdoor sessions and are required to bring their own whistles.
