The Vancouver Island Women's Tide program have updated their practice schedules ahead of the Ruth Hellerud-Brown Cup Competition scheduled to kick off January 26th.
The VIRU Women will begin practicing Monday, January 14th and continue through Wednesday January 16th, Monday January 21st and Wednesday January 23rd.
Practices will run 7-9pm at Cowichan Rugby Club (1860 Herd Rd Duncan, BC V9L 5W4)
