The Velox Valkyries, current BC Premier champions, are seeking a head coach for the spring season, January to May. Velox won the provincial title last year and are preparing to make a run at the title again this year. Velox are 8-1 in the Vancouver Island fall league, having won 8 straight after losing their first game. They've outscored opponents 330 to 100. They operated in the fall season under the guidance of past international players but require a dedicated coach to continue their journey in the spring season.

The Valkyries have a proud history of national team players who have worn the VV jersey including Barbara Mervin, Jess Dovanne, Meghan Mutrie, Marlene Donaldson, and Julliane Zussman. There are several current players with national level experience.

Last year's winning coach Aaron Frisby is now coaching the men's team and is available as a valuable source of knowledge from last year's championship run.

You will bring a winning attitude, a demonstrated ability to coach a winning team and the ability to integrate into the club and team culture.

Further inquiries can be directed to Phil Erb philerb33@hotmail.com or Sarah Levson slevson@hotmail.com

The successful candidate will receive a monthly honorarium and Rugby Canada registration.
