The postseason is officially underway this weekend for BC's U15, U17 and U19 club sides with semifinal matchups across the province.

LEAGUE SCHEDULES & STANDINGS

U17 Men
The Castaway Wanderers are a perfect 5-0 and enter the Island semifinals as the top seed. CW has given up just 17 points this season and will look to continue their staunch defending this Sunday against no. 4 Velox (2-3). The second regional semifinal will feature North Island rivals no. 2 Nanaimo (3-1) and no. 3 Port Alberni (2-2). In their most recent matchup on October 28th, Nanaimo edged the Black Sheep 26-22 in Port Alberni.

On the Lower Mainland, top-seeded Bayside (5-1) will have a bye into next weekend's regional final as Vancouver Rowing Club (1-5) have defaulted. Capilano (4-1) are home to Abbotsford (1-4) to determine who will travel to South Surrey on November 18th.

The Caps are defending champs having defeated Bayside 26-22 in last year's Lower Mainland final and the North Shore club went on to defeat Cowichan 43-8 in the 2011 Provincial championship.

Before the Ravens get another shot at their Vancouver rivals, they will first have to go up against no. 3 Bayside (4-3) in this weekend's semis. Capilano are home to Abbotsford (3-4) in what will be a rematch of last year's Lower Mainland final when Caps blanked Abby 47-0 at Klahanie Park. Capilano went on to defeat CW 46-5 in last year's provincial final.

The U19 Island league will play their final round of league games this weekend and the top two sides will advance to their regional championship on November 18th. Cowichan currently top the standings at 4-0, with CW and Velox each sitting at 2-3.
