Ex-Britannia Red Lions seeking coaches for 2012-13 season

The Ex-Britannia Red Lions Athletic Association is the oldest continuous rugby club in BC, having formed in 1928. We are now located at John Oliver Park in Delta, 5 minutes south of the Alex Fraser Bridge. Currently, the club supports one senior men’s and women’s side, as well as U18 girls and U15 boys teams.

For the upcoming 2012-2013 season, the Brit Lions are looking to add two members to our coaching staff:
1 x senior men’s forwards coach, and
1 x U17/U19 boys head coach.

The successful coaches will have the following qualifications:

NCCP Competition Coach/NCCP Level 2 certification**

  • Minimum 3 years coaching experience
  • Proven ability to play at a high level of rugby


**This requirement may be waived initially, but will be required to attain within the first year.
The successful candidate for the junior boys coach will have to complete a criminal record check
