The deadline is quickly approaching for the Vancouver 7s - Registration deadline is Friday June 8th at 5pm. The Vancouver Sevens will be hosted this year by the Meraloma Rugby Club, on June 16, 2012 at Connaught Park. Competition will see divisions in Men’s Elite, Women’s Elite and Men’s Social for cash and prizes.
A refreshment manor will be offered on the day to eligible clientele, enabling them to wet the whistle, chat amongst friends, regale stories of yesteryear and gain a vantage point close to the action as teams and friends go head to head for series points in the BC Summer Sevens and cold hard Cash!
Throw in some food, music, promotions and give-a-ways, entertainment is the order of the day at Vancouver’s principal sevens carnival.
Team Entry
Men’s Elite - $300 per team (8 teams)
Women’s Elite - $250 per team (6 teams)
Men’s Social - $200 per team (6 teams)

BC Rugby Sevens Series Endorsed Tournaments
Three tournaments will be endorsed as official stops on the BC Rugby Sevens Series circuit, and club teams registered within the BC Rugby Union will have the opportunity to accrue points towards a provincial championship. The three stops include the Vancouver Rugby Sevens on June 16; Burnaby Lake Lighthouse Sevens on July 7; and the Abbotsford Rugby Sevens on July 28. Teams eligible for a provincial title will have to attend all three Series events. These three tournaments were endorsed by BC Rugby for committing to field both a men's and women's team in all series stops.
