The 2012 Sun-Fest hosted by the Penticton Harlequins is set to go June 8-10. Brandon Messier has planned for teams to meet Friday, June 8th at the club house to check in 5pm-1am (corner of Rigsby and Wade big blue house) All games will be played at Penticton's home field McNicoll park 1020-1090, Penticton Ave.
Saturday June 9th games start at 945am Gibson Pigs vs Enderby first match
-beer gardens at Field drinks will be $3
-power drinks and water at Field
-taxis will be readily available to bring you wherever you need to go during the day (possible shuttle just working out details)
-there will be no tolerance for sideline drinking (liqueur inspector will be there)
-Murray's pizza tent on site
Saturday Night
Dinner at Kings Park soccer building upstairs 6pm (dinner is not apart of your entry fee, the dance is) dinner is $15 includes one drink ticket. dinner tickets bought at Field or at door (BBQ chicken, pulled pork and salads ect.) The live band to start at 830. Dance the night away 1am last call.
Sunday
Final games start at 945
awards to follow hopefully no later that 1pm
For those teams who have not paid their entry fee you can make the $350 check to Harlequins Rugby Club bring it to the club house on Friday the 8th. Also to all girls teams there is no entry fee and we should have enough whores to fill any team that is short.
If you have not confirmed that you are coming to sun fest please do asap. Every 3 div and women's club is welcome to come have a rugby and fun filled weekend.
