VANCOUVER - Day one of the 2012 BC Rugby High School Girls championships saw 12 games played out in Triple-A, Double-A and Tier Two competition.
In Triple-A play, reigning champs Carson Grham produced a convincing 50-5 win over Walnut Grove. Cowichan, Gleneagle and GP Vanier also recorded victories. The top four matchups today will see a repeat of last year's final when Carson scrums down against Cowichan at 4:00pm. Vanier and Gleneagle face off at 2:30pm at Klahanie Park.
