The Langford 7s on May 19th is coming soon! There is still room for men's and women's teams but space is limited, plus players for Langford Barbs and Front Row game. Things are shaping up with $1000 and $500 cash prizes for men and women.
Each team will be guaranteed four games.
IRB format: Cup, Plate, Bowl & Shield in men's division, Cup, Plate in the women's.
