BC Rugby Match Report & Game Sheet Process Completed Game Sheets are to be submitted as follows:
a) It is the responsibility of the BOTH TEAMS to submit the game sheet (Rules of Competition 19.2.)
b) Game Sheets must be submitted by the Monday no later than 12:00 NOON, following all weekend fixtures.
c) Game Sheets for ALL matches must be submitted as follows:
i. Fax - (604) 737-3916 - OR - ii. Email - scores@bcrugby.com (scanned copy of game sheet) - OR - iii. Delivery - to BC Rugby Office.
Game Sheets are considered “completed” when:
a) All players both home and away, are listed on the game sheet. Substitute players who do not take the field should not be listed on the game sheet. Players should be identified by full name and ID number.
b) All Import and Resident players be properly identified on the game sheet as per section 13 of the Rules of Competition.
c) Both home and away management are listed on the game sheet. Management should be identified by full name and ID number.
d) The game sheet is signed by a team official from both the home and away teams.
e) The final score is recorded.
f) The game sheet is signed by the referee verifying the final score.
g) To ensure all bonus points are awarded correctly and to track league scoring statistic complete scoring details should be recorded.
As per the BC Rugby Board motion of March 8, 2010 all Men's and Women's Premier and First Division teams who fail to submit properly completed game sheets by 12 noon Monday after a weekend game will be fined $250.00.
For teams in all other divisions or any exhibition games a warning will be issued to the Club if game sheets are not received by 12 noon on the Monday following a weekend game.
The CC will consider standing point deductions if missing game sheets are still not received by noon Thursday following a weekend game.
If a scheduled game is cancelled for any reason please notified the BC Rugby office, the appropriate sub-union and referee society. |
