SOUTH SURREY - The BC Rugby Referees' Society will be running a Level One Introduction to Officiating Course at Southridge School in South Surrey on Sunday, March 10th, 2013. Completion of this course will give participants a minimum certification to referee Rugby in British Columbia.
Prerequisites for those looking to take the course are completing an on-line IRB Law Test (www.irblaws.com/EN/) and a Rugby Ready Test (www.irbrugbyready.com/). Course participants are required to bring both completion certificates to the March 10th session, or email (as .pdf files) copies to course facilitator Dave Pue (dpue1@shaw.ca)
