Registration Deadline: Friday, February 3rd, 2012
$500 per team for teams located within British Columbia
$250 deposit for teams located outside of British Columbia.
The registration fee is waived for teams travelling from outside of British Columbia in order to help offset the increased travel cost; however to ensure attendance at the tournament a $250 deposit will be charged at the time of registration and will be fully reimbursed upon completion of the team's participation in the tournament.
All University rugby teams and clubs in both men’s and women’s divisions have been invited to participate in this tournament. Space will be filled on a “first come, first serve” basis.

As per CIS regulations:
All players must be fulltime registered students at the University that they are competing with in this tournament.
Students in their graduating year must be full time or part time registered students at the University that they are competing with in this tournament.
Teams must submit completed Roster Declaration forms including student numbers for each player at least 7 days prior to the start of the tournament. The Roster Declaration form will be sent to the team contact upon registration in the tournament.
