Vancouver Island Rugby Union Town Hall

Victoria, BC: BC Rugby is holding their annual Town Hall meeting for the Vancouver Island rugby community this Sunday, December 4 at the Fairmont Empress Hotel.
 
The objective of the session is to solicit input on the proposed changes to the BC Rugby Rules of Competition by the planning team. The Town Hall Meeting is open to the public.
