holding a Level 1 Officiating course on Saturday, October 8th.

IMPORTANT:
As a prerequisite to attending the Level 1 course, all registrants must
complete the online IRB Law test (http://www.irblaws.com) and the
online IRB Rugby Ready Course (
http://www.irbrugbyready.com).
All registrants must bring their online IRB certificates to the Level 1
course in order to be able to attend. Should registrants not have
completed these IRB online courses prior to the end of the Level 1
course, they will not get credit for Level 1 refereeing until copy of
online certificates are sent to the course conductor.
