Elite Youth Sevens - Boys' Head Coach (4 Regional Positions)

Each Head Coach is responsible for creating an environment where all involved have a positive rugby experience, conducive to individual player and team development. Working with BC Rugby’s Development Manager and the Elite Youth 7s Boys Program Lead, each Head Coach will collaborate to outline the regional program plan including player identification session(s), training sessions and selection processes.  They will also be responsible for team preparation and execution at each competition in the Elite Boys 7s Series, while complying with BC Rugby’s Selection Policy and Code of Conduct.

Each coach plays an important role in developing the quality of rugby in BC. The ideal candidates for these four Head Coach positions will provide leadership and vision to ensure their appointed regional team is at the leading edge of player development.

Age-Grade Rep XVs - Boys' Head Coach (7 Positions)
